Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps & Compressors

Water Ring Vacuum Pumps

Designed to exhaust air, water-insoluble inert gases as well as aggressive gases, which do not attack materials of pump hydraulic parts, at the pump outlet pressure of 0.1013 MPa (1 atm). They can be used for drawing off dust-laden gases containing solids with maximum grain size 0.1 mm and a little water.
Fields of application: chemical, coal- and ore-mining, metallurgy, sugar, paper, tanning, building and food industries, agriculture and medicine.
Electrically driven horizontal single-stage positive displacement rotary pumps of simple design with axial flow of handled fluid to and from the displacing element. The pumps feature an eccentrically rotating ring of water (as pumping fluid) which effects the volume increase and decrease of the pumping space. There are no mechanical friction elements in the pumping space. The rotor is carried by antifriction bearings. Shaft sealing: soft-packed glands. Water tanks can be furnished to enable using circulating (reused) water.
Materials of the parts through which a handled fluid flows: 
     · gray cast iron and carbon steels (for VVN2-50M, VVN2-150M and VVN2-300); 
     · titanium alloys (identified with the letter T); 
     · corrosion-resistant stainless steel grades (identified with the letter N for stainless steel and with the letters Kh to designate a chemical-resistant construction)

   Designed to compress or to transport air, water-insoluble inert gases as well as aggressive gases, which do not attack materials of compressor flow passages, at the atmospheric pressure (0.1013 MPa) at the compressor inlet.    They can be used for transferring dust-laden gases containing solids with maximum grain size 0.1 mm and a little water.
   Fields of application: 
     · food industry;
     · coal mining;
     · chemical industry;
     · sugar industry;
     · metallurgy and other industries.
   Flexibly coupled, electrically driven horizontal single-stage positive displacement rotary compressors of simple design with axial flow of handled fluid to and from the displacing element. In the working space there is no mechanical friction points. The rotor is carried by antifriction bearings. Shaft sealing: soft-packed glands. Water tanks can be furnished to enable using circulating (reused) water.
