Single Stage End Suction

Designed for handling highly abrasive slurries (e. g. highly loaded coal-water slurry) having density up to 1300 kg/m3 with max. 30 per cent solid content by volume and pH value within 6 to 11 at pumping temperatures from 5 to 80°C.
Used for pumping processed mineral products, ashes, slags/cinder, ferrous and non-ferrous ore tailings, sand, gravel, broken muck, refuse (as tailings pumps and coal washing or ore washing pumps) e. g. to deliver the pumped medium into disused pits; also for handling domestic sewage effluents.
Fields of application: ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, coal and ore mining industry, agricultural land drainage and irrigation, industrial and municipal water supply
Flexibly coupled, electrically driven, pump-bracket mounted, horizontal*) single stage end suction centrifugal pump with an overhung impeller. Delivery nozzle tangentially to the top. Hydraulic parts are made of wear-resistant cast iron inoculated with nickel and chromium. Bearing cartridges incorporating antifriction bearings are unified as much as possible and can be equipped with a heat exchanger for oil cooling in case where a pump is operated at capacities beyond its normal working range. Packed stuffing boxes are possible with sealing liquid piping.
