Multistage Segmental
|
Designed for injection of fresh water and aggressive oil field waste (formation) water at pumping temperatures up to 45°C into the oil-bearing formations to boost the yield (to maintain the seam pressure after the natural field pressure is reduced and insufficient to bring the oil to the surface).
Electrically driven horizontal multistage segmental centrifugal pump, with all impellers facing the same way and automatic balancing of the rotor axial thrust by balance disc and balance disc seat. The pump rotor is carried by the radial plain bearings.
The pumps to deliver 63 and 90 m3/h are made either with ring oil lubricated bearings with oil bath or with bearings lubricated with oil supplied from a pressure lubrication installation. Shaft sealing: mechanical seals or packed glands. Gear or metallic membrane type couplings are provided. As regards the overall dimensions, these pumps are interchangeable with the pumps for a duty of 180 m3/h and for the similar service, for the replacement of which the former have been designed.
The 630 m3/h centerline-mounted pumps have bearings with a forced oil lubrication, mechanical seals and a gear type coupling.

(to increase the seam pressure for secondary oil recovery).
Fields of application: oil production and other industries for high-pressure water supply.
Foot-mounted (TsNS 63 model) or near-centerline-mounted (TsNS 180 model), horizontal multistage ring-section centrifugal pumps with all impellers facing the same
way. Different number of stages is utilized to obtain the required differential head at the same flow
rate. The rotor axial thrust is compensated by balance disk and its seat made of hard
alloys. The pump rotor is carried by oil-lubricated radial plain
bearings. Shaft sealing: mechanical seals with silicicated graphite seal face
rings.
Materials of hydraulic parts: stainless steel 20X13 identified with the letter
I, Cr-Ni-Mo steel grade 12X18H12M3T identified with the letter M to designate a corrosion-resistant pump modification and glass fiber composites
(diffusers).
The pumps come complete with a gear type coupling (for TsNS 180 model) or a metallic membrane coupling
(in case of TsNS 63 model pumps), and an automatic system ensuring their trouble-free
operation.
