Designed for pumping out crude oil that leaks out of pipeline pumps and for its delivering to suction pipeline of an oil pumping station.
Flexibly coupled, electrically driven, vertically suspended, wet-pit end-suction diffuser multistage segmental centrifugal pumps in cantilever design withy separate discharge, motor stool and can (outer casing). The inner casing (a withdrawable rotating assembly) is of ring-section design featuring a suction impeller with enlarged impeller eye for improved suction performance. Axial thrust balancing with a drum.
The rotor is carried by a medium-lubricated radial plain bearing at the balance drum and a grease-lubricated top thrust and radial antifriction bearing (of two ball bearings). No shaft
sealing.

Mobile Packaged Oil Leakage Drain Pumping Plant
|
Used for emergency pumping crude oil out of pipelines, excavations and tanks. Indispensable for quick drawing-away of appreciable amounts of crude oil from the pipelines, excavations and tanks for pipeline damage control, preventative maintenance and diagnostics to prevent environmental pollution.
Designed for service in explosive areas at the facilities located outside residential zone at ambient temperatures of -25° to +40°C.
Transportable on the chassis of a trailer or a truck body. Comprising two electrically driven pump sets ANK 100-160 and one electrically driven self-priming pump set ANKS 200-16, mounted on a common frame and connected with metal piping, which is equipped with stop and check valves.
User can choose arrangement of the pumps (for series or parallel operation) using gate-valves.
