Oil-Sealed Plunger Pumps And Pumping Sets |

Designed for evacuation of air, non-corrosive gases, vapours and vapour-and-gas mixtures
(pre-cleared from condensed moisture and mechanical impurities) out of the closed hermetically sealed containers or systems in the stationary plants located indoors
(to develop medium and high vacuum).
Suitable also as backing pumps to create forevacuum for high vacuum plants.
Used for extracting pure materials, obtaining thin films and coats, high quality welded and
brazed/soldered joints, for production of electronic devices (tubes), microbiological agents and
medicines.
V-belt driven single stage (or two stage in case of AVZ-20D, AVZ-63D, AVZ-125D) slide-valve controlled oil-sealed rotary plunger vacuum pumping units cooled by water
(except for air-cooled AVZ-20D). |

Used for drying electrical engineering products, in the production of building materials, in drying and evaporation systems (for the production of foodstuffs).
Pumps marked with letter T are specifically designed for evacuation of air, steam and vapours of transformer oil, their mixtures from hermetically sealed vessels during the heat treatment under vacuum of products and materials in the production of transformers.
The AVPl-30-1 pumping sets are used for developing vacuum in the milking plants.
The pump sets are not applicable for the evacuation of explosive and toxic fluids, fluids that react with lubricating oils and corrode ferrous metals as well as for pumping-over a fluid from one vessel into another.
