Capable of handling polluted liquids containing not only fibrous inclusions but also abrasive matter with max. grain size of 5 mm and non-abrasive solids with grain size of 22 to 28 mm.
Sewage submersible motor pumps for a duty of 10, 16 and 20 m3/h can be used both in the stationary installations at the sewerage pumping stations and in the mobile installations for disaster control (versions I1 and I4 respectively).
Fields of application: sewage pumping stations, waste-water treatment plants, ground water disposal of basements, water drainage, dewatering of building sites (excavations), trenches, etc.
Vertical close-coupled non-clog single-stage volute-casing centrifugal or torque flow (according to the impeller type employed) pumps driven by built-in hermetically sealed electric motors, which are protected against overheating and ingress of moisture. Two- or three-blade closed radial impellers. Shaft seals: by two BURGMANN mechanical seals (with sliding faces of silicon carbide) arranged in
series.
