Single-Stage End-Suction
|
Used for handling crude municipal and household sewage, factory waste water, storm water and other effluents with a temperature up to 40oC, pH 6 to 8, density of 1050 kg/m3, max. grain size of 80 mm.
Designed for continuous operation being installed either as an immersible dry well or as a submersible wet well pump allowing submergence to a depth of max. 10 m.
Fields of application: sewage pumping stations, waste-water treatment plants, storm water setting basins, land irrigation and drainage, filling and emptying of tanks.
Vertical close-coupled non-clog single-stage volute-casing sewage submersible centrifu-gal pumps with built-in hermetically sealed air-filled motors with an oil barrier, which are protected against overheating and ingress of moisture. Shaft seals: two BURGMANN mechanical seals (with sliding faces of silicon carbide) arranged in series.
Sewage submersible motor pumps for duties of 200, 400, 800 and 1000 m3/h are made in the configurations I1, I2, I3 and I4 according to the mode of installation:
I1 - Vertical stationary wet-pit installation with slide rails and location/sealing delivery flange (pressure-tight automatic connection between pump and support bend)
I2 - Supported vertical stationary dry-pit installation
I3 - Supported horizontal stationary dry-pit installation
I4 - Free-standing vertical transportable installation with suction strainers, for mobile disaster control plants
