Single Stage End Suction
|
Designed for handling crude household and industrial effluents, various suspensions of faeces having density up to 1050 kg/m3 with max. 1 per cent volume content of solids and pH value within 6 to 8 at pumping temperatures from 5 to 80°C.
For the use in industrial and municipal water supply systems.
Range of capacities: from 100 to 1100 m3/h.
Flexibly coupled, electrically driven, pump-bracket mounted, horizontal single-stage end suction centrifugal pump with an overhung impeller and an easily renewable wear plate on the suction side. Delivery nozzle tangentially to the top. Hydraulic parts are made of wear-resistant cast iron inoculated with nickel and chromium. Bearing cartridges incorporating antifriction bearings are unified as much as possible and can be equipped with a heat exchanger for oil cooling in case where a pump is operated at capacities beyond its normal working range. Packed stuffing boxes are possible with sealing liquid
piping.
